About the Event
Tai Chi is an enjoyable exercise that can improve balance, relieve pain, and improve health and ability to do things. It is a slow exercise. It is easy to learn and good for all ability levels. This Tuesday/Thursday class is offered in partnership with Healthy Living for ME and instructed by Diane Parent at the Caribou Wellness Center. There is a $20 fee.
